Terms of Service

Rules for using Koinodeai, including adult-only access, consent, payments, eKYC, safety, and prohibited conduct.

This is an operational template and must be legally reviewed before full public paid launch.

1. Eligibility

Koinodeai is available only to adults aged 18 or older. Users must provide accurate information and may be required to complete eKYC verification.

2. Nature of the service

Koinodeai is an adult social platform for respectful connection, friendship with benefits, casual dating, consensual intimacy, shared media, and activities. It is not an escort service, prostitution platform, adult content marketplace, or commercial sexual service.

3. Consent and safety

All interactions must be based on voluntary consent, respect, and clear boundaries. Harassment, coercion, stalking, threats, abuse, non-consensual content, or unsafe behavior are prohibited.

4. Prohibited conduct

  • Commercial sexual services, escorting, paid sexual activity, or solicitation.
  • Fake profiles, impersonation, misleading identity, or unauthorized use of another person’s images.
  • Harassment, abuse, discrimination, threats, coercion, or stalking.
  • Use by or targeting of minors.
  • Spam, scams, fraud, illegal activity, malware, or platform abuse.
  • Uploading illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, or abusive content.

5. eKYC requirement

Users must complete Stripe Identity eKYC within the 14-day trial period. If verification is not completed in time, member backend access may be disabled until verification is completed.

6. Membership and payments

Paid access may be provided through Stripe card subscriptions or NOWPayments crypto membership passes. Crypto payments are treated as fixed-term membership passes, not automatic recurring subscriptions unless explicitly stated.

7. Account suspension

Koinodeai may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Guidelines, payment requirements, eKYC requirements, safety rules, or applicable law.

8. Media Access and Watch Together

Users must only use media and Watch Together functions in accordance with applicable rights, service terms, and platform rules. Koinodeai does not grant rights to copyrighted media.

9. No guarantee of matches

Koinodeai does not guarantee matches, relationships, meetings, intimacy, compatibility, or outcomes.

10. Changes

Koinodeai may update these Terms when service, legal, payment, safety, or operational requirements change.
