Payment data: Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, NOWPayments invoice/payment/order IDs, amount, currency, payment status, and webhook payloads required for accounting and access control.
Security data: 2FA status, QR setup metadata, login/session information, IP addresses, user agent data, and abuse-prevention logs.
Media/Watch Together data: media access status, selected media, watch sessions, invitations, chat messages, and related activity.

3. Purposes of use

Providing member registration, login, profiles, messages, and community features.
Providing subscriptions, crypto membership passes, and payment confirmation.
Verifying identity and enforcing the 14-day eKYC requirement.
Displaying verified badges to improve member trust.
Operating Watch Together and Koinodeai shared media features.
Preventing fraud, fake accounts, harassment, commercial sexual misuse, and platform abuse.

4. Third-party services

Koinodeai uses third-party providers to operate the service. These may include Stripe for card payments and Identity verification, NOWPayments for crypto payments, an administrator-operated internal media backend, hosting/security providers, and email/support tools. Data is shared only as necessary to provide, secure, verify, bill, or legally operate the service.

5. eKYC and verified badge

Users must complete eKYC within the 14-day trial period. If eKYC is not completed in time, member backend access may be disabled while login and the Security page remain available. Once verification is completed, a verified symbol may appear next to the username.

6. Messages and sensitive context

Koinodeai is an adult social platform. Profile content, preferences, messages, and interaction data can reveal private social or intimate context. Users should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information and must not upload illegal, abusive, or non-consensual content.

7. Retention

Data is kept only as long as necessary for service operation, legal compliance, payment/accounting obligations, security, dispute handling, and abuse prevention. Specific retention periods must be finalized before public launch.

8. User rights and requests
